Filippo, a young and enterprising novice director falls in love with a beautiful showgirl called Eleanora in the TV Sardinia studios. But he must deal with the jealous and unscrupulous owner of the TV station. With sunny and lively Cagliari as a backdrop, Filippo and Eleanora face much difficulty in their determined attempt to make their dream of making a film together come true.
